I'm midtstøv (but call me middi). I'm a goat that whispers to machines.
This is a new dynamic page that utilizes Parsedown to serve Markdown as HTML using PHP.
In other words, your browser shouldn't be doing a whole lot of anything to show you this page.
Initially it was written as a prototype in JS which was absolutely nightmarish. Wrangling with the fetch API and making changes to the DOM was not only a huge pain in the ass, but it was entirely client-side which was quite slow.
Now, not only is the codebase smaller and easier to read, but it should scale nicer too.
